The 2008 Tiger Claw Elite  

The 2008 Tiger Claw Elite Championship where held at the Disney Wide World of Sports in Orlando, Florida, on October 24th & 25th. The U.S. Wuhsu Academy was represented by Emily Hwang and Sandra Mosely in their first Tiger Claw Elite Championships tournament.  On his way out he saw our Wushu Children getting ready to perform, he is so happy
to see a group of cute and well behaved children and he ask if anyone has a camera
that can take a photo with him. We are all very honor and humbled by his invitation.

Celebrating Chinese New Year 2009

For the past five years US Wushu Academy has played a key role in local community celebrations of the Chinese New Year, focusing in particular on two types of performances.
One is the Lakeforest Mall festivities organized by the Chinese Community Center, in which the Academy is always proud to participate--this performance is done for fun, does not require intense rehearsals, and students enjoy the opportunity to demonstrate their skills. Moreover, the event brings the school considerable publicity.

Special Seminar with Beijing Wushu Team Head Coach Coach Cui YaHui

Time: 2004 October 30, Saturday 4:30 pm to 6:00pm

Place: USWA Gum (VA Location)

Who should attend: Green belt to black belt (Coach Zhang must approve of the Student)

Cost: $30.00 (USWA Student only)

Registration: Limited Space, payment in advance is required.

Requirements: A minimum of 20 people is needed to sign up for the seminar.

Live on Fox 5 News January 22, 2004 Thursday

This morning, Fox 5 News did a live television interview at 7:45 AM and 8:45 AM for the Chinese New Year's celebration in Lakeforest Mall.

Coach Zhang and Coach Pei took Motya Gershunskiy, Erica Yu, Kevin Pung, Jessica Shyy, Diana Pei and Victor Leviste to perform during this live interview. Eeveryone had a great time.
