A New Wellness Program focus on the "Three Highs"

U.S. Wushu Academy is holding a special wellness and fitness seminar on the three most common ailments that afflict modern society:

HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE
HIGH BLOOD SUGAR
HIGH CHOLESTEROL

Coach Christopher Pei has invited a distinguished guest to demonstrate an original way for health management.

Ms. Rainbow Yi will introduce a set of specific body routines and movements that have proven effective in helping her students improve their physical condition and enhance their immune system.

She is introducing this program, which is developed and clinical tested by her sister, Professor Yi Tienhua in Taiwan, to the American public, with the objective of creating a wellness association that teaches and promotes this unique philosophy and method of living.

Ms. Yi received her training as a martial artist from her father; she then went on to become a traditional Chinese dancer. Her skill and artistry brought her many performances during her school years on national television in Taiwan. After graduated from college, she was recruited by China Airline to as an etiquette coach for the airline's staff and later becomes China Airline's good well and spokesperson.

At present, Ms. Yi is engaged in teaching this practical idea of "how to live a better life" seminar, hosting an exercise program and guess speaker with many civic organization in the west coast.

Ms. Yi will measure participant's blood pressure before and after the seminar, so you can see the difference in your blood pressure right after learning this program.

The tuition is $15 per seminar.
